steve irwin will never be forgoten. all i watched was the crocidile hunter from agest 2-10. when i herd he died i cryed my eyes out for a week 
you and I both. I can't describe the sheer amount of respect that I had, and still have, for him. He was one of the most charismatic and passionate conservationists out there, and he's my hero and role model, and that's never gonna change.
I remember it was around the time that I started 6th grade, and I just kept crying. One of the problems though was this was the point in time when kids started being hostile and assholes to each other, so people actually said some pretty hurtful things about him.
Anyway, that's all in the past now. Since then I've kinda used his legacy as inspiration for me. I've always wanted to be a Veterinarian, and goddamnit I WILL BE!!!!!

I had been watching The Crocodile Hunter since I could walk, and I still watch reruns. Steve is the one who got me into loving ALL animals equally, not just one. (EX: People just loving wolves or foxes)
